Republic Business Credit Provides $2 Million Factoring Facility to Fast-Growing Southern Diesel Delivery Company

10/06/2026

NEW ORLEANS – Oct, 6, 2026 – Republic Business Credit has announced a partnership with a diesel fuel supply and delivery enterprise, providing a $2 million factoring facility to accelerate the Company’s growth and meet increasing demand across the Southeastern United States.

Founded just three years ago, the Company quickly established itself as a leading provider of concierge diesel fuel services, specializing in mobile, on-site refueling for construction equipment. By delivering fuel directly to equipment in the field, the Company helps contractors eliminate downtime, boost productivity, and keep high-stakes projects on schedule.

The Company’s rapid expansion has been driven in part by the booming development of AI-related data center infrastructure and utility-scale solar energy projects throughout the Southeast. As project activity has accelerated, so has demand for reliable, responsive on-site fuel delivery. However, this new business pipeline created a classic working-capital challenge, in which large commercial customers demand 30- to 60-day payment terms, while fuel suppliers typically require payment within 10 days. This cash-flow gap required the Company to fund large fuel purchases weeks before collecting its receivables.

Recognizing that the challenge stemmed from growth rather than operational performance, Republic Business Credit structured a $2 million recourse factoring facility to unlock the capital tied up in the Company’s outstanding invoices. The new facility provides the immediate liquidity needed to fund fuel purchases, support expansion, and capture new market share.

“Rapid growth often creates severe working-capital pressure, even for a highly profitable company,” said Benton Hilbun, Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer. “This client had strong demand, established customers, and a significant growth opportunity. The missing piece was bridging the gap between immediate supplier payments and delayed customer collections. Our factoring solution supports management’s focus on scaling operations rather than worrying about the timing of receivable collections.”

The transaction demonstrates the value of factoring as a strategic working capital tool for growth-oriented companies operating in industries where supplier payments and customer collections occur on significantly different timelines.

“Our financing solution provides additional liquidity and strategic agility for a company with a bright future,” said Republic Chief Executive Officer Robert Meyers. “This facility empowers their team to scale dynamically alongside the Southeast’s growing infrastructure, data center, and renewable energy sectors.”
