Katherine joined Republic in 2023, bringing over 15 years of business experience to the team. Serving in a cross-functional role, Katherine develops and executes the company’s multi-channel marketing strategy while assisting with employee engagement initiatives, office operations and other special projects. An active member of the Secured Finance Network, she has obtained SFNet’s Secured Finance Certified Professional (SFCP) Designation and currently serves on the Emerging Leaders committee in additon to overseeing the Emerging Leaders Newsletter. She is also a member of the American Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America. Katherine was acknowledged as a 2025 ABF Journal Next Gen Leader and was recognized by the New Orleans City Business for the Power List: Banking & Finance 2025. Katherine graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2008 and received her MBA from the University of New Orleans in 2010. She resides in New Orleans with her husband and children.
